By signing this Participation Agreement, parents and/or guardians of Red House students participating in the “What do you raise your hand for?” campaign expressly agree and accept the following:
- Only students regularly enrolled at Red House International School will be able to participate in the campaign by filling in the questionnaire with their data;
- Data provision is done consensually, and this agreement serves as the express and unambiguous consent of students´ participation in the campaign “What do you raise your hand for?” as per law 13.709/2018. Students data provided may be shared with other stakeholders involved exclusively in the preparation and execution of the campaign;
- Campaign statements must have no more than 4 words in English;
- Students participate in the campaign by submitting a phrase, and that also implies the possibility that the winning phrase author will have their image, voice and phrase authorized to be used in a broad sense in an irrevocable and irretrievable manner. All material, i.e. students´phase, voice and image, will be provided free of charge, including the license to third parties, directly or indirectly, including insertion in materials for any other purposes, whether for commercial, advertising, journalistic, editorial, didactic and other that exist or will exist in the future, for transmission / distribution in national and international territory, by physical and / or digital means, for a period of 18 (eighteen) months;
- The criteria for using the statements in images and sounds in campaigns is at the Red House´s discretion;
- Statements and student’s image and voice use is granted free of charge to Red House;
- If a student, for any reason, leaves Red House, the rights to use the recorded image and sound will remain valid during the time mentioned above.
