Instituto LAM Supports School in Malawi Through IB Certification Application Process
Partnership with Ubuntu Nation School supports educator training and the implementation of the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
Founded in 2024, the Instituto LAM is committed to expanding access to high-quality education for children and young people, helping them reach their full potential.
In Malawi, a country in southeastern Africa, the Institute supports Ubuntu Nation School in Dzaleka, a free school that serves hundreds of refugee children living in extremely vulnerable conditions. The school offers Early Years and Primary Years education, as well as daycare services.
The partnership with RED HOUSE includes support throughout the school’s application process for International Baccalaureate (IB) authorization, including educator training, curriculum implementation, research, planning, and preparation of the school community.
The initiative expands the LAM Institute’s work in the field of international education and reinforces its commitment to the development of educational practices and the professional development of educators.
“Sharing knowledge and expertise is part of our commitment to education. By supporting Ubuntu Nation School, we contribute to strengthening its educational approach and, consequently, to shaping the future of its students,” says Michel Lam, CEO of RED HOUSE.
