Extended School Program

The Extended School Period (ESP) extends the students' experience at school after the regular class period. The ESP works on developing students' cognitive skills in a recreational way, respecting the needs and interests of each age group, and is optional and offered from Monday to Friday.

Ballet

Classical Ballet is an artistic manifestation that uses the body in its full expression as a language to convey feelings, movement and vivacity. It aims to teach personal and mental discipline in addition to developing body awareness, musical perception, creativity and interpretation.

Judo

Judo is a martial art suitable for all ages. It prompts the learning of some essential values such as responsibility, respect and discipline. It also develops balance, flexibility and coordination. The course objective is to promote the integrated development of students’ mind and body.

Chess

In the chess activity, students will learn to develop strategies, think unconventionally, expand their knowledge, and interact with peers from different grade levels, all while growing through one of the most famous sports in the world.

Basketball

With a deeper understanding of the techniques and tactics of this Olympic sport, students learn that teamwork is essential. The sport enhances coordination, flexibility, agility, strength, and speed while promoting high energy expenditure.

Capoeira

Capoeira combines art, culture, and sport, promoting students' physical, mental, and social development. Through movements that blend dance, fighting, and music, the practice enhances motor coordination, balance, concentration, and teamwork while also strengthening self-esteem and respect for cultural diversity, contributing to the holistic development of students.

Futsal

The activity aims to provide students with playful technical and tactical learning of futsal and to awaken enjoyment in acquiring the sport's specific skills.
