High School Students Kick Off Their IB Journey

Knowledge Bootcamp 2025 marked the official launch of Year 10 students in the IB Diploma Programme.
On August 1–2, our Year 10 students took part in Knowledge Bootcamp 2025, an immersive experience that marked the beginning of their path in the Diploma Programme (DP), the final stage of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum at RED HOUSE.
Tailored specifically for students joining the program this semester, the event was designed to build connections and provide a deep dive into the academic journey ahead over the next two years.
The first day of the Bootcamp was held at Escape 360º, a space dedicated to creativity and collaboration. Students participated in group activities focused on teamwork, leadership, and problem solving. Later that evening, they returned to campus for dinner, continued with evening programming, and spent the night at school.
Saturday’s sessions shifted toward academic orientation and practical preparation for the DP. Through workshops and expert-led sessions, students explored the program’s core pillars, discovered effective study habits, and became familiar with the digital tools that will support them along the way.
“The Bootcamp is a chance to come together at a key moment. It’s not just about starting a new program, it’s about creating space for questions, guiding decision-making, and reminding students that this journey will be built step by step, with the support of the school and their commitment,” said Diego López, Head of Middle Years and High School.
