Pedagogical Team Participates in a Series of Trainings Ahead of the School Year
A program held in January brings educators together to align instructional practices, update methodologies, and ensure consistency in teaching throughout the school year.
Before students arrive for the start of a new academic year, RED HOUSE enters an essential period of preparation. Throughout January, teachers and educational leaders participate in Professional Development. This comprehensive training program, which takes place before the start of classes, sets out the direction for all instructional work throughout the year.
The initiative brings together both new educators and professionals with well-established careers at the school. Its purpose is to ensure instructional alignment, transparent processes, and consistency in classroom practices, thereby reducing gaps and reinforcing a shared vision of teaching and learning.
During the program, teachers take part in sessions led by specialists in curriculum, language, and mathematics, deepening their understanding of key concepts and reflecting on instructional strategies aligned with current educational demands. At the same time, coordinators and principals lead school-based training sessions, addressing topics integral to daily school life, such as institutional culture, academic guidelines, and the effective use of communication platforms.
This balance between collective learning experiences and campus-based training allows the school’s expectations to be fully understood and consistently applied across different contexts. For families, this results in something very concrete: confident teachers, clear procedures, and a predictable school routine from the very first days of classes.
